It is your network company that manages the measurement and data export of your electricity consumption - which is the basis for the app's functions.

The date you see in the app is one based on what your network company takes on average to start exporting to us. However, the time it actually takes for your particular facility to be completed is individual. By law, the network company must start sending your data within 90 days.

We send reminders to your network company continuously until you get your hourly values ​​into the app.
