We offer an hourly price agreement which means that you can influence your electricity price. Hourly rate agreements are the only type of agreement we offer, which means that you cannot bind our agreement before the winter or change the form of the agreement.

The electricity price varies every hour, which means that you can avoid the price peaks and take advantage of the low price hours by shifting your consumption. This means that your electricity price is unique to your consumption profile. You can find your current electricity price under the electricity contract tab ⚡ in the app!

This is how your invoiced cost is calculated:

The sum of [Consumption for each hour x the electricity price for the same hour]

The average price reported is a so-called weighted average, which is calculated as follows:

The sum of [Consumption for each hour x the electricity price for the same hour]shared the number of kilowatt hours for the period.

The average price thus varies depending on what time of the day you consume the most electricity, if it is during the cheaper hours of the day you will have a lower average price than if you consume during the more expensive hours of the day.

With Greenely's electricity contract, you get an electricity price at cost price, i.e. no surcharges.

The cost price per kWh includes:

  • Exchange electricity price (varies every hour)

  • Electricity certificate (at current market price)

  • Balance responsibility (at current market price)

  • Fees for eSett, NordPool and Svenska Kraftnät

  • Overhead costs for the purchase of electricity

The electricity price in the app includes VAT and other charges in addition to the spot price. The fees above vary each month and are part of the electricity price regardless of supplier.
