When will I be able to follow my electricity consumption in the app?
Updated over a week ago

It is your network company that manages the measurement and data export of your electricity consumption - which is the basis for the app's functions. The date that is communicated in the app is based on the usual time that what your network start exporting data to us. However, the time it actually takes for your particular facility to be completed is individual. By law, the network company must start sending your data within 90 days.

We send regular reminders to your network company until you get your hourly values โ€‹โ€‹into the app. If you have further questions or concerns regarding your hourly data, you can always contact support.

I am missing continuous hourly data, why has the network company stopped sending my data?

Your network company usually sends your hourly data within 1-2 days, but in some cases it can take up to 12 days. It is difficult to say exactly why your hourly data is not being sent, but often it is because the network company is temporarily out of contact with your electricity meter or has problems with their communication system.

We at customer service work hard to get your data in and continuously remind your network company to send your hourly values โ€‹โ€‹if there is no data for more than three days. They will receive these reminders on an ongoing basis until you re-enter your data.

If you are missing more than 12 days, it is a matter for support, in that case do not hesitate to contact us!
