πŸ“§ If you have not chosen e-invoice or direct debit, your invoice will be sent to you via email between the 10th and 15th of each month. The invoice will be sent to the same email address that the agreement is registered under.

πŸš«πŸ“¬ Please note that we do not send invoices via postal mail or Kivra. If you are missing your invoice in your inbox, you can check your Spam folder in case it ended up there. πŸ—‘οΈ

πŸ’³ Direct Debit

To sign up for direct debit, register through your bank and send the information to:

Greenely Premium AB

Bank Giro: 5212-8402

Social security number/customer number

You can find your customer number in Greenely's welcome email and on your invoice.

🌐 E-invoice

If you prefer to receive an e-invoice, you can apply for this through your online banking in a web browser, as it is usually not possible to do so through the bank's app. πŸ’»
