If you have not chosen e-invoice or direct debit, your invoice will be sent to you by email sometime between the 10th-17th of each month. The invoice will then be sent to the same email address the agreement is registered under. We do not send out invoices via post or Kivra. If you're missing your invoice in your email, you can check your Spam folder in case it ended up there.
We invoice one month after the actual delivery period, which means the invoice for the current month comes the following month. For example, if your contract starts on January 1st, your first invoice will be sent out in the middle of February.
