Why do I get an average price on my first Greenely invoice?

There is a reason why customers who become Greenely customers can get an average price on their first invoice. It has to do with the electricity network companies' delivery of hourly measurements not being activated before the start of the month, meaning the first of that month.

For example, if a customer signs a contract with Greenely on 10/4 and the hourly measurement goes live on 10/13, we must, for administrative reasons, invoice that customer at the average price for that month. However, as soon as we have received the hourly measurements, the following month will always be invoiced per hour. This is also stated in our terms and conditions, which you can view here:
