If you haven't chosen e-invoicing or Autogiro, your invoice will be sent to you via email between the 10th and 17th of every month. The invoice will be sent to the same email address as listed on the contract. We do not send invoices by post. If you can't find your invoice in your email, you might want to check your junk mail in case it ended up there.
The easiest way to register Autogiro is via this link or via your bank and it must then be sent to:
Greenely Premium AB
Payer number/customer number
You can find your customer number on your invoice.
If you want an e-invoice, you apply for this in your internet bank in a browser, usually this is not possible through the bank's app.
