This may be due to your grid owner only sending us your estimated consumption, rather than your actual consumption. To explain this, we will need to get a bit technical about the relationship with the grid owners.

As the electricity law is written, the grid owners are not obligated to send accurate data to the designated representative until after 12 days. This means that the data can change from an estimated value to an accurate value if, for example, they did not have contact with the meter at the time of the reading.
