If you have a newly connected production plant:

We, as your electricity supplier, have an obligation to receive your production facility and will receive it automatically via something called an obligation to receive.

When the connection is completed and the network company has had time to register everything administratively in its system, we will receive the delivery automatically.

Right now, some electricity grid companies have very long handling times as the interest in solar cells has grown greatly in a short time, but we will receive the delivery from the date your facility outputs electricity to the grid and the agreement is active with us. (we can get the delivery retroactively).

You therefore don't have to worry about any excess electricity going to waste. This can take anything from a week to a few months, depending on how the handling time looks like with your electricity company.

You need to send:

  • Facility ID for the production

  • Estimated annual consumption

You can find the information on your network agreement. You most likely also have a facility ID for electricity consumption so make sure you don't mix them up.

We only need your ID for production and not consumption.
