Typically, hourly data is sent within 1-2 days, but the grid company has up to 12 days to send validated/corrected hourly values from the time the measurement was taken. This means that sometimes it may take a few days before the data reaches us.

We continuously send reminders to your grid owner if hourly data is missing for more than three days.
