If you want someone else in the household to be on the electricity contract with us, that person first needs to sign a new network contract. Then you contact us and let us know from which date this person will be on the network agreement. We then sign up a new agreement starting on the same date as the person appears on the network agreement, as this will be handled as a new customer's agreement and not a change of supplier.

If it is the case that the change in the network agreement has already gone through, we will unfortunately not be able to start earlier than 14 days in advance, as it will instead be handled as a change of supplier (the new person has ended up on a designated agreement from the network company).
