To terminate your electricity contract, you need to sign a new contract with another provider. The switch from Greenely will then automatically occur after 14 days, which is your notice period, or on the date you have specified with your new electricity provider.

We cannot terminate the electricity contract unless we receive a request from another company to take over as your provider. This is due to the supply obligation law we have towards you.
