On the first page of the app, press the blue button '' + Add device'', then, look for your brand in the list or go directly to the Charging box category. Select the brand you have on the charging box and then which home the charging box is connected to.

When you are asked to log in, it is the login details for the charging box's own app that you enter, and then you press Connect the device in blue. Then, the charging box is connected and can be found under the Connected devices category.
