What is the reason for the "external stop" status in the app when trying to start smart charging?

External stop means that there is something that is not directly connected to the app that interferes with the charging and therefore the smart charging cannot start. It could be that the charging cable is not connected, other apps/the car's own charging schedule overrides the app's schedule or other reasons that the app cannot pick up.
