Greenely is an electricity company and invoices for the electricity agreement, while you receive a separate invoice for the electricity network agreement from your network company. Your network company is the same as your network owner, they are responsible for the infrastructure that transports the electricity in and out of your household. You cannot choose which electricity network company you want yourself, but are bound to the electricity network company that owns the network where you live. However, you can freely choose which electricity trading company you buy your electricity from.

If you are a customer of Greenely, we are your electricity trading company and send you a monthly invoice.
